This humorous and melancholic documentary of a senior Welsh male choir begins with 90-year-old widower, Ed, selling the family home and making his funeral arrangements. His only remaining solace is Tuesday night singing practice but, with an average age of 74, his beloved choir is facing extinction. The search begins to find ‘brownhaired men’ in their 40s and 50s who can take the choir forward. With hopes of raising their profile and lowering the members’ average age, the choir travels to Northern Ireland to perform for the first time in 20 years.
